Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026
The short version: Leev collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, no server. What you log in Leev stays on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud.
Who we are
Leev is published by Julien Raulot, an independent developer based in France ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
What the app stores, and where
Leev stores the things you enter: your habits, daily amounts and prices, your plan, the uses you log, your SOS rounds (the urge rated before and after), a count of cravings beaten, the optional reason you write for yourself, the name you give Sprout and your settings. All of it is stored locally on your device, in the app's private storage. Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets and the Live Activity read the same data on your device.
We do not run any server for Leev. The app does not send your data to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, access it or recover it.
What we collect
Nothing. Leev has no account system, no analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising and no tracking. We do not use your data to track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share it. The App Store privacy label for Leev is Data Not Collected.
Purchases
Leev Pro (a one-time purchase or a monthly or yearly subscription) is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email address or payment details. The app only asks Apple whether Pro is unlocked on your Apple Account. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Things Apple may do on its own
- iCloud. Leev keeps a copy of your habits in your private iCloud storage (iCloud key-value storage) so they come back on a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account. That copy lives in your iCloud account; we have no access to it.
- Backups. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, iOS may include Leev's local data in that backup. That backup is controlled by you and Apple, not by us.
- Crash reports. If you choose in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. They do not contain the content you log in Leev.
Sharing your card
When you tap Share, Leev creates an image on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. It goes only where you send it, such as TikTok, Instagram or Messages. Once shared, that platform's privacy policy applies.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you put in your message. We use it only to answer you, never for marketing, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), and delete it once it is no longer needed to help you.
This website
getleev.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Deleting your data
You can erase everything at any time from Leev's settings, or by deleting the app. Since nothing is stored anywhere else, that's it: it's gone.
Children
Leev is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights to access, correct and delete personal data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to restrict processing. Because we hold no personal data from the app, your data is fully in your hands on your device. For anything else, including email you sent us, contact [email protected]. In France you may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. If Leev ever started collecting data, the App Store privacy label and this policy would change before the app did.
