How do I restore Leev Pro?

Open Leev, go to Settings and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. You never pay twice.

Is Pro a subscription?

Your call. Lifetime is one payment that never renews. Yearly and Monthly are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or tap Manage subscription on Leev's Pro screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

I want a refund.

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Where is my data?

On your iPhone, plus a private copy in your own iCloud. Leev has no account and no server, so nobody else, us included, can see what you log.

How do I delete my data?

Tap Erase all data in Leev's Settings. It wipes this iPhone and your private iCloud copy, for good. Deleting the app alone leaves the iCloud copy, which comes back if you reinstall Leev.

I'm moving to a new iPhone. Will my data come with me?

Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on: Leev brings your habits back from your private iCloud by itself. Without iCloud, move your data yourself: on the old iPhone, Settings › Export my data and save the file (Files, AirDrop, email); on the new one, Settings › Import a backup. Your Pro purchase always comes back with Restore purchase.

Does Leev work offline?

Always. It never needs a connection, except for the App Store purchase itself.

Widgets & Live Activity

Home Screen widgets, small and medium, are free and show the same scene as the app: Sprout in her world, your run in LCD digits above her. She grows on the days since your quit date and wilts for an hour after a slip. The Live Activity is free too. Lock Screen widgets come with Leev Pro. All of them say just "Leev" unless you turn on Show habit names in public in Settings.

How do I add a Home Screen widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit then Add Widget, search for Leev, pick a size and tap Add Widget.

And on the Lock Screen?

Touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose Lock Screen, tap the widget area and pick Leev.

My Live Activity doesn't show up.

Check iPhone Settings › Leev › Live Activities is on, and that Live Activities are allowed in Settings › Face ID & Passcode (Allow Access When Locked). iOS ends a Live Activity after several hours; open Leev to start it again. The Dynamic Island needs an iPhone that has one.

The widget looks out of date.

iOS decides when widgets refresh. Opening Leev updates them right away.

Using Leev

I slipped. Now what?

Press and hold I had one. The run clock goes back to zero and your next run starts. Your personal best, the days since your quit date and your cravings beaten all stay. Honest numbers are what make a step-down plan work. Logged one by mistake? Tap Undo, or fix it later.

Can I fix my history or change my quit date?

Yes. Open the habit menu at the top of the run screen and choose Edit habit and history. You can add one you forgot, remove a wrong entry, or move your quit date back if you stopped before installing Leev.

I don't feel the haptics during SOS.

Check Settings › Sounds & Haptics › System Haptics is on, and that Low Power Mode is off.

Where to get help

Leev is a self-tracking tool. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor. Stopping alcohol, benzodiazepines or opioids abruptly can be dangerous, sometimes life-threatening. If that's your habit, talk to a doctor before you stop.

These numbers are also in Leev's Settings, and they show up even with no connection.
