License

Leev is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The licensor is Julien Raulot. Nothing on this page replaces it; the points below just spell out how Leev works.

Leev Pro

• Leev Pro unlocks the side runs (every habit beyond your main run), the step-down plan past its first week and the Lock Screen widgets. You can get it three ways: Lifetime, a non-consumable in-app purchase you pay once and that never renews; or a Yearly or Monthly auto-renewable subscription.
• The price and length of each option are shown in Leev and in the App Store before you buy, in your local currency, and are charged to your Apple Account by Apple.
• Pro is tied to your Apple Account. Use Restore purchase in Leev's Settings to unlock it again on a new or reset device.
• The free features (your main run, run timer and personal best, Sprout, logging, the 90-second craving SOS, share card, Home Screen widgets in small and medium sizes, Live Activity, week 1 of a step-down plan) stay free.

Subscriptions

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (one year or one month) and your Apple Account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before it ends, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings (iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions), or from Manage subscription on Leev's Pro screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If the price of a subscription changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where the law or Apple's rules require it, asks for your consent before the new price applies. Without it, the subscription does not renew.

Refunds and withdrawal

• Every purchase goes through Apple, and so do refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves; outside Apple's refund policy, payments are not refunded, including for the unused part of a subscription period.
• Right of withdrawal: Leev Pro is digital content supplied right away. Under French law (article L221-28 13° of the Code de la consommation), the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download has started with your prior agreement.

Leev is a self-tracking and motivation tool. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. Stopping alcohol, benzodiazepines or opioids abruptly can be dangerous: talk to a doctor first. See where to get help.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your device and is your responsibility to keep or erase. We hold no copy, so we can't restore lost data. Details in the Privacy Policy.
